Nick Harp serves as the General Manager of Air Texas Mechanical, where he focuses on building strong teams and driving business growth through exceptional customer service. 

With a leadership background spanning engineering, project management, and operations, Nick brings a results-driven and people-focused approach to management. Prior to joining Air Texas Mechanical, Nick spent five years as a Branch Manager, where he oversaw operations, developed high-performing teams, and strengthened customer relationships. Earlier in his career, he led a Project Management team for a global oil and gas service company, gaining valuable experience managing complex projects in a demanding, fast-paced industry.
