Joshua Gray began his career in the HVAC industry as an industrial apprentice, progressing through roles as a chiller technician, field supervisor, and operations supervisor. Over the course of 15 years, he has built deep technical expertise alongside proven business and operational leadership experience.

Throughout his career, Joshua has led chiller installations and system startups across both domestic and international projects, gaining hands-on experience in complex mechanical systems and diverse operating environments. This global field experience has strengthened his technical depth while reinforcing his ability to lead teams, execute under pressure, and deliver results in high-demand conditions.
